Scam artists seek oppertunities to prey on people
eager for work have turned their attention to the Gulf oil spill. Fake ads for

Upfront payment for services is a flag for recognizing a swindlers. Unemployed
are particulary vulnerab;e because they seek assistance and con-artists take

operations.
